SIFER 2023: THE EXHIBITION THAT BROKE ALL RECORDS

The 13th edition of the SIFER 2023 trade fair, dedicated to the rail sector, attracted considerable interest from French and international exhibitors and visitors. This year, attendance reached a record high, with more than 7,000 industry professionals taking part. The BORFLEX teams, for their part, welcomed over 200 visitors during the three days of the exhibition, showcasing a selection of their product ranges specialising in infrastructure and rolling stock.

1. BORFLEX® at the SIFER International Railway Exhibition

At the SIFER 2023 trade fair, exhibitors unveiled their latest innovations and technologies for the rail industry. Among them, BORFLEX® showcased a comprehensive range of products renowned for their quality and durability. Representatives from the brand also took the opportunity during the event to discuss the latest market trends and developments.

2. Railway products

The various projects managed by BORFLEX® experts have naturally led them to develop product ranges or systems specifically designed for either the infrastructure sector or the rolling stock sector.

Infrastructure:

• Swisscross, THE resin level crossing for service and pedestrian use, available in various grid sizes.

• VELOSECUR by BORFLEX® is another system developed for infrastructure; it is designed to ensure the safety of cyclists when crossing railway tracks. This system covers the railway tracks, allowing bicycles, pushchairs and wheelchairs to pass safely!

Rolling stock:

• Wheelset Axle Mount

This system is designed for the transport and storage of wheel sets and bogies. It provides protection for the rim and the running surface of the wheel sets and bogies.
