BORFLEX® Laboratories also develop elastomeric components for runway maintenance machinery, as well as composite solutions for runway markers.

BORFLEX® sites manufacture grating and handrails for elevated structures, and can carry out machining and finishing work on your behalf.

For cable traction and guidance systems, BORFLEX® supplies PU (polyurethane) or rubber rollers in a variety of shapes, as well as open- or closed-ring rollers with a built-in wear indicator.

For snow groomers, the BORFLEX® range also includes blades, sprockets, deflectors, bellows, cab seals, etc.

The group’s sites also produce equipment for recreational sports: synthetic climbing skins and eisstock (ice petanque) stones.

Anti-oscillation system

The BORFLEX® Group offers a wide range of equipment and systems for the mountain industry. Our rollers, pulleys and cylinders are perfectly suited to the needs of ski resorts.

Our extensive range includes, amongst other things, an anti-sway system designed to stabilise and keep equipment in place during natural events. This system ensures optimum safety for users.

BORFLEX® rubber offers high resistance to cold (-40 °C) and is classified as flame-retardant. It is resistant to ageing, heat, abrasion, breakage and tearing. It can be either insulating or conductive, as required.

Elastomer compounds therefore guarantee noise and vibration absorption, as well as protection against impact. BORFLEX® pays particular attention to the packaging of these compounds to ensure they remain compliant.

Rubber is a highly versatile material in its applications, and as a recognised custom compounder, BORFLEX® is able to create custom compounds for you with precise physical properties.

The group, which has many years’ experience in supplying composite posts, enables you to mark out hazardous areas in the mountains correctly using these lightweight and ultra-strong composite posts.
