Based in MENDRISIO – SWITZERLAND
Reporting to the General Management, you define and roll out the technical and industrial strategy, support development projects, and ensure the performance of equipment and production processes.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Industrial Strategy: Define technical directions, oversee investments, and manage industrialization projects.
- Industrial Performance: Ensure equipment reliability, optimize costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Management: Lead and unite technical teams, develop skills, and drive performance.
- Quality, Safety, and Environment: Ensure facilities comply with regulations and meet HSE requirements.
Your profile
- Engineering degree or a master’s degree in automation, industrial, mechanical or industrial engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, including management of technical teams.
- Experience in industrial project and investment management; proficiency in continuous improvement tools.
- Leadership, ability to bring people together, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Italian, French, and English is required.
