The services cover everything from new lining to grinding, grooving, cutting and crowning, with the option to customise the colour and hardness – ranging from 60 to 95 ShA – according to the functional requirements of each application. The dimensions we can process cater for large-scale equipment, with diameters of up to 1,500 mm and lengths of up to 5,300 mm.
BORFLEX® is an integrated group with expertise in formulation and compounding, enabling it to work with a wide range of elastomer and polyurethane materials, such as EPDM, polyurethane, natural and synthetic rubbers (NR, BR, SBR), nitrile (NBR, XNBR, HNBR), polychloroprene (CR), Hypalon (CSM), Viton (FKM), butyl (IIR) and processed silicones. This diversity enables us to optimise resistance to abrasion, mechanical, chemical and thermal stresses, whilst ensuring the performance and durability of the rollers during operation.

BORFLEX® possesses extensive and recognised expertise in the formulation and processing of polyurethane, supported by modern production facilities and specialised technologies such as Ribbon-Flow technology for cylinder coating, centrifuges for the manufacture of sheets, and low-pressure casting machines for complex-shaped components: all these processes enable the production of high-performance polyurethane solutions tailored to demanding industrial requirements. Kneadable polyurethane (PU), renowned for its exceptional flexibility and abrasion resistance, is an ideal choice for a wide variety of applications such as coatings, mouldings and linings. Thanks to their technical expertise and rigorous quality standards, the BORFLEX® teams develop bespoke mixable PU formulations, designed to precisely meet clients’ specific needs whilst ensuring maximum durability and reliability even in the most demanding environments.
