In 2021, more than 7,600 members of the rail industry attended the three-day trade fair.

Our group specialises in elastomer and composite components for the railway industry, covering both rolling stock and infrastructure. In a country where the railway sector is a field of excellence, we have developed a wide range of solutions to ensure safety, mechanical properties and high precision for virtually all your requirements.

We have been active in the rail sector for over 60 years, specialising in infrastructure and rolling stock. Our group is well-known in France and internationally, where we are experiencing strong growth.

Our elastomer products are designed with you in mind. We offer a wide range of elastomer solutions for rolling stock to enhance its mechanical performance and its ability to protect passengers and vehicles.

Our sites supply all kinds of products, such as door seals, rubber-to-metal components and SWISSCROSS® level crossing components.

3. BORFLEX® expertise

For over 60 years, BORFLEX has specialised in the design, prototyping and manufacture of industrial products made from rubber, TPE, polyurethane and composites.

In the rail transport sector, for rolling stock, we manufacture, for example, door seals (sensitive edges) and window seals, bellows, bushings, protective covers, shims and hoses.

We have developed a range of products designed to meet infrastructure needs, such as track crossings (Swisscross®), decking, handrails and rail pads.

Our FLAMESTOP® and BORGLASS® ranges meet the fire and smoke requirements of EN 45545, NFPA 130 and the Euroclasses for the construction industry. We have developed innovative products such as Velosecure® and magnetic wheel guards for the transport of bogies and axles.
