Position based in Cherbourg, Cotentin (50)
Reporting to the Workshop Coordinator, you will ensure that products delivered to customers comply with specifications by guaranteeing dimensional accuracy through the production of inspection reports.
- You will deburr parts from the production line to ensure a level of finish that meets the company’s quality requirements.
- You will check the dimensions of the parts produced and record the results in inspection reports.
- You will spend approximately 40 per cent of your time involved in casting operations, to gain a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and ensure smooth coordination with your production partner.
Your profile:
- You hold a vocational qualification in mechanical engineering or quality control and have significant initial experience in an industrial role
- You are able to identify and resolve production issues.
- You are meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to product quality.
