Client references and locations
Stade de France station in Saint-Denis
. Area covered: 1,800 m² of RUBBY® surfacing.
The client’s challenge:
The original wooden floors were deteriorating too quickly, resulting in ongoing maintenance costs and a high risk of passengers slipping in wet weather.
Benefits of RUBBY®:
The ideal long-term alternative to timber. By eliminating rapid deterioration and slippery surfaces, the BORFLEX® system makes the station safer and drastically reduces the cost of risk, as well as maintenance costs for the operator.
Eco-design rating:
For this project, the product was also put to the test in environmental terms: the joists contain up to 40 per cent recycled rubber – the VALUE-RUBBER Guarantee – combining high technical performance with the circular economy.

Materials of the future
Standard and custom Composite Profiles:
Lightweight and High-Performance
A modern, high-performance alternative to steel and aluminium, our pultruded composite sections (tubes, IPN sections, angle sections, U-sections) are manufactured in France. They combine high structural strength with complete resistance to external stresses.

- Perfect
Insulation: Excellent thermal insulation and natural electrical insulation - Zero Corrosion
: No maintenance required; resistant to acids, moisture and marine environments. - Featherweight
Unbeatable strength-to-weight ratio for easy handling on site.

Our expertise in fibreglass composites
Standard and custom manufacturing:
Pultrusion and moulding of components and profiles.
Machining:
Precision cutting and machining to drawing.
Finish (on request):
Colour customisation and the incorporation of a surface sheeting for optimal aesthetics and protection.
Ensuring the building is watertight
Window & Joinery Seals:
Waterproofing Accurate to the Millimetre
Ensuring air, water and wind tightness is at the heart of our industrial expertise. Our seals for windows, curtain walls and joinery (aluminium, PVC, timber) are extruded to strict tolerances.
Window seals

Technical process:
Custom extrusion using state-of-the-art elastomers (EPDM, silicone), ensuring permanent shape memory and optimum compression.
Mechanical performance:
Excellent elastic recovery following prolonged compression, ensuring consistent acoustic and thermal insulation without deformation.
Absolute barrier: Complete
resistance to extreme weather conditions (ozone, UV, frost, temperature fluctuations). Does not crack or harden over time, unlike plastics (PVC).
Construction applications: Aluminium, timber and PVC
joinery, curtain walls, glazed façades and safety glazing for residential and industrial buildings.
Standard and custom seals

Technical process:
Production to drawing or model (cutting, moulding, extrusion) with the option of inserts and complex combinations: metal reinforcements, PVC reinforcements or bi-material solutions (solid rubber and foam).
Mechanical performance: Increased
resistance to high pressures, tearing and vibrations. The addition of reinforcements or foam combines the rigidity required for secure fastening with the flexibility needed for a tight seal.
Absolute barrier: Specialised elastomer
formulations (nitrile, Viton, neoprene, EPDM) offering a complete seal and resistance to hydrocarbons, acids and extreme temperature fluctuations.
Construction applications:
Sealing of fluid systems, sealing of electrical enclosures or cabinets, heavy-duty connections, insulation of panels and industrial connecting parts.
Rubber-coated fabric (one or both sides)

Technical process:
Custom coating of textile substrates with elastomers (EPDM, neoprene, nitrile) on one or both sides.
Mechanical performance: Extreme
resistance to tearing, severe abrasion (sandblasting) and high air pressures (lifting bags, plugs).
Absolute barrier: Complete
waterproofing and chemical resistance (hydrocarbons, acids, UV, frost). Does not crack, unlike PVC.
Construction applications: Flexible water
tanks, flood barriers, inflatable formwork and long-lasting roof waterproofing.
