The BORFLEX® Group will be present at the JEC World 2024 show [Stand 6F89], and we are pleased to invite you to discover the Group's latest innovations, in particular our range of rollers dedicated to high-temperature draping, the FIBERROLL® range.
Previewed at JEC 2023, our latest product, FIBERROLL® 304, recently reached a significant milestone: in tests conducted in collaboration with our partner Airbus Atlantic, it exceeded 5 kilometers of high-temperature drape resistance, i.e. over 200% more than our previous range.
FIBERROLL® 304 is the result of years of in-depth research into the behavior of elastomers exposed to high temperatures, backed up by in situ tests. Its unique rubber design, specially developed for this application, guarantees both the deformation required for draping and the preservation of the roll's cylindrical shape.
