1. JEC World 2024: Visit BORFLEX® at stand 6F89!
The JEC World trade show is one of the most eagerly awaited events in the composites sector. Every year, it brings together thousands of industry professionals and experts to discover the latest innovations. In 2023, over 1,200 exhibitors shared their expertise with more than 40,200 visitors from 106 different countries. JEC 2024 offers a dynamic platform for networking. 2. Pultruded composites and machined parts
The BORFLEX® Group is preparing to unveil its latest innovations at JEC World 2024. Among them, you will be able to discover our pultruded composites and machined parts. BORFLEX® offers a wide range of standard parts, such as solid and hollow rods, as well as "T" and "H" construction profiles. We also offer customized solutions, including machined parts, composite fasteners, etc.
Among the new products we will be unveiling is our RUBBY® by BORFLEX system. This new composite and rubber-based system for pedestrian crossings perfectly combines our ability to design customized solutions to meet your specific needs.
3. Discover FIBERROLL® elastomers dedicated to theAFP
Another indispensable product in the composite sector! FIBERROLL® by BORFLEX rolls, the essential "consumables" for AFP*!
AFP [Automated Fiber Placement" is a manufacturing technology that automatically places reinforcing fibers, such as carbon fiber or glass fiber, on a matrix to create composite parts. This method is widely used in sectors such as aeronautics and automotive for the manufacture of lightweight, high-strength components.
We'll be presenting the latest in performance, including FIBERROLL® rollers, which remain unrivalled to this day. This elastomer-based FIBERROLL® system, designed and adapted for fiber placement applications, can withstand temperature peaks >400°C. The range offers resistance from 80°C to 350°C for continuous use.
With over 65 years' expertise in elastomers and composites, we have developed this range specifically for the rigorous environments of fiber placement.
4. Group innovations with elastomer and polyurethane coated canvas
Another of the group's new products will be presented, namely fabric coating expertise. We produce coated canvas, with fabric coating on 1 or 2 sides, with a thickness capacity of 0.17 to 1.2mm for a width of 1.8m. We can meet your specific requirements, with testing available in our laboratories.
