SIFER 2021 IN A FEW FIGURES :

By 2021, more than 7,600 players in the of the railway sector met over the 3 days of the show.

1. Why come and meet BORFLEX® from March 28 to 30 at the SIFER exhibition?

Our group is an expert in elastomeric and composite parts for the railway industry, both for rolling stock and infrastructure. In a country where rail is a field of excellence, we have learned to develop multiple solutions to ensure safety, mechanical qualities and high precision for almost all your needs.

We have been a player in the railway sector for over 60 years, in infrastructure and rolling stock. Our group is recognized in France and internationally, where we are experiencing strong growth.

We intervene on constructions, but also on maintenance, repairs and upgrades to bring you all the solutions.

2. BORFLEX® and the railway industry: an example of its expertise

Our elastomeric products are designed for you. We offer a wide range of elastomeric solutions for rolling stock to improve its mechanical performance and its ability to protect passengers and vehicles.

Our sites supply all types of products such as door seals, rubber-to-metal parts and SWISSCROSS® level crossing parts.

3. BORFLEX® expertise

For more than 60 years, BORFLEX has specialized in the design, prototyping and manufacturing of rubber, TPE, polyurethane and composite products for the industry.

In the field of rail transport, for example, we manufacture door seals (sensitive edges) and window seals, bellows, bushings, protections, wedging parts and hoses for rolling stock.

We have developed a range of products to meet the needs of the infrastructure such as track crossings (Swisscross®), decking, handrails, under-rail pads.

Our FLAMESTOP® and BORGLASS® ranges meet the smoke fire requirements of EN45545, NFPA130 or the Euroclasses of the building industry. We have developed innovative products such as Velosecure® or magnetic wheel protections for bogies and axles.
