In order to reinforce our organization on our site of CORVOL-L'ORGEUILLEUX (58), we are looking for :

A QHSE Technician (M/F) on a permanent contract

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee field operations to ensure optimum manufacturing quality, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.

Your main tasks are as follows:

• You manage product quality at all stages of manufacturing (from design to industrialization).
• You identify non-compliant products and implement appropriate corrective actions. Where necessary, you manage non-compliance cases in conjunction with the customer.
• You analyze quality problems in the field and involve operators in finding solutions as part of a continuous improvement process.
• You are responsible for the application of the quality system and participate in audits and reviews;
• You participate in the site's continuous improvement projects;
• You act as the liaison for the Group QHSE coordinator and oversee the implementation of the safety action plan.

With a minimum of two years of technical training, you have experience in a similar position in the industry.

You are rigorous, organized and able to work independently.

You appreciate teamwork and have good interpersonal skills.

You are proficient in office software (Office) and the use of ERP systems.
