In order to reinforce our organization on our site of CORVOL-L'ORGEUILLEUX (58), we are looking for :

A Methods - Industrialization - QHSE Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will enable the site to meet customer requirements by optimizing production.

Your main tasks are as follows:

• In response to the specifications of our customers, you participate in the design of products, validate technical choices, industrial feasibility, and then participate in manufacturing tests;
• You define and formalize procedures and operating modes;
• You ensure the integration of technical data necessary for the manufacture of products into the ERP;
• You manage product quality at all stages of manufacturing (from project to industrialization);
• You are responsible for the application of the quality system and participate in audits and reviews;
• You participate in the site's continuous improvement projects;
• You are the relay of the Group QHSE coordinator and follow the safety action plan and the single document.

For this position, you have an engineering degree or equivalent (BAC +5) and have experience in a similar position in Methods/Quality in the industry.

You are rigorous, organized and able to work independently.

You appreciate teamwork and have good interpersonal skills.

You master the office tools (Office) and an ERP.
