In order to reinforce our organization on our site of CORVOL-L'ORGEUILLEUX (58), we are looking for :

A Production Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Site Manager, you guarantee the manufacture and delivery of parts ordered by customers, in accordance with technical specifications, within the time and cost limits.

Your main tasks are as follows:

• You manage the planning and organization of production according to resources / means and customer needs,
• You manage the manufacturing teams and the manufacturing support functions,
• You actively participate in the development of the site: you work on progress plans: productivity, investments, continuous improvement,
• You contribute greatly to the implementation of the group ERP.

For this position, you have an engineering degree or equivalent (BAC +5) and have a first experience in a similar position in industry.

You are rigorous, organized, motivated and you master the office tools (Office) and an ERP.

You appreciate teamwork and have good interpersonal skills.
