We are looking for :

A Production Manager (M/F) on fixed-term contract (from May to December 2024)

Position based in Cherbourg en Cotentin (50)

To replace a maternity leave, we are looking for a Production Manager for the period from the beginning of May to the end of December 2024.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you guarantee the manufacture and delivery of parts ordered by customers, in compliance with technical specifications, within the allotted time and costs, i.e. :

• Analysis of production requests (orders)
• Ordering materials
• Planning
• Team management (10 people)
• Supervision, throughout the production chain, of product manufacturing quality (compliance with specifications and standards).
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety rules.
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and technical data.
• Assist the maintenance manager as needed to ensure machine availability.

Profile required:

Level Bac+2 Technician / Supervisor with confirmed experience or junior engineer with initial experience in industry.
