A Lathe and Grinding Machine Operator (M/F)

Permanent position

We are looking for aLathe and GrindingOperator(M/F)to machine and grind rubber-covered rollers of various sizes using conventional or CNC machines.

For this position, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Perform turning, machining, and grinding of rubber rollers, ranging from small to very large diameters, using traditional or CNC machines.
• Set up the machines (assemble parts, select tools, set cutting parameters) and ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Check the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the rollers.
• Ensure the quality of your work and adherence to production deadlines.
• Strictly follow the health and safety rules and quality procedures in effect at the site.
• Work with your supervisors to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that the workstation remains clean and complies with site standards.

Qualifications

• You have significant experience in machining on conventional machines
• You are comfortable reading blueprints and performing dimensional checks.
• Knowledge of the rubber industry would be a real plus.

You are known for your reliability and you work independently.
