One Human Resources Officer (M/F) - (60) - Fixed term

A Human Resources Officer (M/F)

Fixed-term contract (from March to September 2026)

Position based in HERMES (60)

 

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a versatile HR Development Officer for the period from March to September 2026.

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, your main responsibilities will focus on recruitment and training management:

  • You will oversee the recruitment of industrial profiles for all sites: defining profiles, sourcing, selecting CVs, and conducting assessment interviews. You will draw up job offers.
  • As the OPCO's key contact, you will manage the skills development plan for BORFLEX sites, organize training activities, and ensure that administrative files are compliant. You will keep track of indicators and monitor the training budget.
  • You participate in the coordination of skills forecasting management at the sites.
  • You provide support for personnel administration and social management at the sites.

For these responsibilities, we are looking for a motivated, rigorous, and versatile candidate (M/F) who meets the following profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or Labor Law.

At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in an industrial environment.
