Account Manager (M/F) – (69) – Permanent Position

BORFLEX RHONE-ALPES specializes in the design and manufacture of technical rubber solutions. The company manufactures custom-made products and rubber sheets, and provides cutting services tailored to the needs of its industrial clients.

We are looking for:

A Business Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract

Office-based position in Grigny (69)

As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to implement sales initiatives for the site in order to meet the company’s revenue and business growth targets.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Maintain regular and frequent contact with the website’s prospects and customers in order to address their needs and encourage them to place orders.
  • Prepare and send quotes to clients and prospects in a timely manner – Manage follow-ups and maintain business relationships
  • Oversee the creation of new items and order management within the ERP system.
  • Provide support to the sales and marketing teams to help secure orders from new customers.
  • Ensure, as needed, and consult with the client to verify that the validation, testing, trial, and product launch phases have been successfully completed.
  • Ensure that all documents related to each case are complete and compliant.
  • Liaise with various internal departments to monitor the site's revenue, customer lead times, and billing

 

For these responsibilities, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous candidate (M/F) who meets the following criteria:

  • A graduate with a minimum of two years of post-secondary education in business or technical studies and initial successful experience in the industrial sector.
  • You have a valid driving license.
  • Professional-level English.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office and have experience using an ERP system.

You are dynamic, have a knack for business, and are technically inclined.
