BORFLEX LILLE specializes in the extrusion of rubber materials. It offers specific solutions to its customers, particularly in the railway market.

We are looking for a :

ENVIRONMENTAL HYGIENE SAFETY QUALITY TECHNICIAN (M/F) permanent contract

Reporting to the QHSE - Methods - Manufacturing Manager, you will steer actions in the field to achieve optimum levels of manufacturing quality, as well as safety, health and the environment.

Your main tasks are as follows:

• You identify non-compliant products and implement the appropriate corrective actions. If necessary, you manage non-conformity files, in liaison with the customer.
• You analyze quality problems in the field and involve operators in finding solutions as part of a continuous improvement process.
• You ensure the conformity of checking fixtures
• You take part in quality and safety audits and update control procedures.
• You analyze risks, participate in accident investigations & take corrective action, and train staff in safety in their working environment.

Your profile:

• Initial training Bac + 2 Technical
• You are familiar with quality standards, in particular ISO 9001.
• You have experience in production quality control
• You have a good command of office automation tools and the use of an ERP system.
• Ideally, you have a good level of English.
