Sales Director (M/F) – (Switzerland) - Permanent Position

BORFLEX is a French industrial group (12 sites, 350 employees, €60 million in revenue) and a key player in the markets for technical elastomer and composite components.

BORFLEX REX, based in Switzerland, offers high-value-added elastomer solutions for demanding industrial customers, particularly in the rail, defense, and energy sectors.

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a:

Sales Director (M/F)
Position based at BORFLEX REX (SWITZERLAND, Mendrisio)

 

Your role:

Reporting directly to Borflex Rex management and functionally to the Group Sales Department, you will lead the sales strategy and implement it with your teams

 

Your main responsibilities:

You will analyze trends in our markets and the needs of our key clients and major accounts.

You will define the sales strategy and implement the appropriate action plan to develop these markets and achieve the defined revenue and margin targets

You will advocate for the company’s interests and serve as its ambassador in dealings with strategic clients or at major commercial events.

You will lead major commercial projects, working closely with the technical and production teams.

 

You recognize yourself in the following skills:

You have solid experience in business development within a B2B industrial setting and are able to work effectively in international contexts.

Your career path demonstrates an ability to combine strategic vision, a hands-on approach, and management skills.

You are skilled in the complex sales of technical solutions.

You are fluent in Italian and English. A good command of German is recommended, and knowledge of French would be a significant advantage.

He will define the business strategy and implement the appropriate action plan to develop these markets and achieve the established revenue and margin targets

He will defend the company’s interests and serve as its ambassador to strategic clients or at major business events

Will lead major commercial projects in collaboration with the technical and production teams

 

Do you recognize yourself in the following skills:

You have solid experience in business development in a B2B industrial setting and are comfortable working in international environments.

Your professional background allows you to combine strategic vision, hands-on dynamism, and management techniques.

You have expertise in the complex sales of technical solutions.

You must be fluent in Italian and English. A good command of German is desirable, and knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
