We are looking for a :

SITE QUALITY MANAGER (M/F) - Permanent Position

Position based in HERMES (60)

This responsibility involves, first and foremost, maintaining a high standard of quality in our manufacturing processes with a view to continuously improving customer satisfaction.

That is why, under the supervision of the Site Director, you will implement and oversee all necessary actions to ensure compliance with customer requirements. You will be responsible for the site’s internal quality management: quality procedures, inspection equipment, and quality control management. You will lead operational quality efforts with the production teams: handling nonconformities, analyzing root causes, and defining and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.

You actively contribute to continuous improvement and the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

You will also serve as the internal lead for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) action plans, under the coordination of the Group HSE Manager.

For this function, you

Ideally, you hold an engineering degree, or at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and have significant initial experience in this role within an industrial setting.

You are familiar with the ISO 9001 standard and quality control tools.

You enjoy working in the field, and you are thorough, self-reliant, and have good interpersonal skills
