We are looking for a :

Maintenance manager (M/F) on permanent contract

Position based in Rouen (76)

Reporting to the Production Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the availability of the production tool.

In this role, you organize, plan, carry out and manage all corrective and preventive maintenance operations on the site. You manage work to improve equipment productivity and safety. You supervise machine compliance (inspection bodies, any work required). You play an active role in investment projects and new works. You monitor, analyze and optimize maintenance performance indicators.

Candidate profile:

• With a 2 to 3-year degree in Maintenance, Mechanics or Electrics, you have some initial experience in this role in an industrial environment.
• Ideally, you are fluent in professional English
• You have a good command of office automation tools and the use of an ERP system.

You are autonomous, rigorous and have good analytical skills.
