BORFLEX LILLE specializes in the extrusion of rubber materials. It offers specific solutions to its customers, particularly in the railway market.

We are looking for a :

Sales administration andand sales support (M/F) on permanent contract - Position based in LILLE (59)

Reporting to the Director and working with the Account Managers, you will manage the sales relationship for the site.
To this end, you will also support the Group's sales representatives in the pre-sales phase.
You are the site's guarantor of the quality and responsiveness of the customer's response.
As the customer's main contact, you work closely with the company's internal production and design departments to keep the customer informed at every stage of the consultation or order process.
You take care of customer follow-ups when necessary.
You record orders and ensure the completeness and conformity of related documents, from order to shipment and invoicing.

Candidate profile :

• Initial technical training (BAC+2), with experience in sales and/or sales management in industry.
• You are familiar with office automation tools and the use of an ERP system
• You have an intermediate level or above in English
• You are versatile, autonomous, rigorous and have good interpersonal skills.
