We are looking for a :

MATERIALS DESIGN ENGINEER (M/F) permanent contract

Working closely with the site account manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the customer's needs are properly understood.

• You analyze and validate, with the Technical Department, the choice of materials and technologies in line with environmental and obsolescence requirements.
• You ensure the quality of the raw materials selected and their use in accordance with customer specifications.
• You will work on the industrialization of new products and the implementation of new processes (workshop trials).
• You train technicians and engineers in the use of processes and tools, and provide general staff training.
• You create and manage databases (documents, knowledge, suppliers, processes developed, etc.).
• As a driving force, you propose new manufacturing methods and participate in continuous improvement workgroups.
