We are looking for a :

Site Manager – Borflex Verdun (M/F) on a permanent contract

Under the direct supervision of the Group President, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Verdun site and the smooth running of all its departments. You will play a strategic role in the development of the site by overseeing all operations to ensure its performance and influence.

Your main tasks are as follows:

Working closely with senior management and central functions, you will actively contribute to the commercial development of the site: you will drive the site's commercial momentum and ensure that you provide responsive and relevant responses to customers and prospects, with a focus on quality of service and sustainable business development.

You propose and implement strategic guidelines, define the necessary resources (human resources, equipment, investments, information systems, etc.) and oversee their implementation.

You are responsible for the economic performance of the site. You ensure financial stability by supervising the preparation and monitoring of budgets as well as cash flow management.

Your profile:

You are recognized for your leadership, your exemplarity and your ability to manage ambitious projects.

With a degree in general engineering, you have significant and successful experience in a similar industrial or technical management position, preferably in small to medium-sized production runs.

A seasoned, results-oriented manager, you know how to inspire and unite your teams, creating a collaborative, close-knit working environment.

Finally, you demonstrate strategic vision, a sense of anticipation and the ability to make decisions in a demanding environment.
