We are looking for a :

PRODUCTION MANAGER (M/F) permanent contract - based in VILLERS SAINT PAUL Position based in VILLERS SAINT PAUL (60)

Working closely with workshop and team leaders, you manage production teams. You schedule production according to resources, deadlines and capacity.

Working closely with the Engineering Department, you help to create and update bills of materials, ranges and drawings in the company's information system. Within your scope, you set performance and progress targets, and monitor their achievement. You solve problems in the field, provide technical assistance, monitor activities and ensure compliance with rules. You are responsible for industrial performance in terms of quality of deliverables, service rates, productivity and safety.

You play an active role in production-related investment projects & new equipment installations.

For this function, you

Have a technical degree, from Bac+2 to engineer, ideally with a focus on composite materials.

You must have managerial experience in industry and production.

A good level of English is a plus.
