We are looking for a :

COMMERCIAL AND SALES ASSISTANT (M/F) - CDI - France

Position based in VILLERS SAINT PAUL (60)

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, you are the interface between customer requests and other company departments (sales, production, logistics, etc.).

You monitor sales and handle customer requests (price requests, ARC, order follow-up, reminders, etc.). You are responsible for managing the administrative flow via ERP and defining delivery deadlines. You develop the customer portfolio and publish price lists in accordance with the Site Manager's instructions.

Profile required:

• You have at least a 2-year higher education diploma, supplemented by initial experience, ideally in an industrial environment.
• You have a good command of the Office suite, ERP and speak English.
• You are dynamic, rigorous and versatile.
