In addition to our products in the catalog, our Design Offices can design and have any custom-made product manufactured for you, in one of our factories.In fact, BORFLEX® is a creator of rubber solutions specialising in small and medium series, which has the particularity of being a manufacturer, processor and distributor of mixtures at the same time, which allows it to develop the most efficient mixtures that meet the standards and requirements of its customers.
Of all the available processing methods,BORFLEX® excels at the majority of them, including molding (compression, injection, or transfer), extrusion (conventional, autoclave, or discontinuous; UHF; salt bath), tailoring, roller lining, cutting (conventional, by hand, or with a cookie cutter; waterjet), casting, and calendering.
The BORFLEX Group has developed its own trademarks such as FLAMESTOP®, FLEXAERO,® FLEXCOAT,® FLEXIBORE®, RUBBERLIFE, RUBBERFLOW®®, VULFAC®, GFK®, HD,® RUBE®, SWISSSTOP® or CROCODILE®.®.
BORFLEX® has the particularity of being able to manufacture products adapted to each market (e.g. sleeves for the plastic film industry, cylinders for the wood industry, cylinders for the steel industry, etc.) using the appropriate methods.
