The services cover both new lining and grinding, grooving, cutting, or crowning, with the possibility of adapting the color and hardness, between 60 and 95 ShA, according to the functional requirements of each application. The dimensions processed allow us to cater for large-scale equipment, with diameters of up to 1,500 mm and lengths of up to 5,300 mm.

BORFLEX® is an integrated group with expertise in formulation and mixing, enabling it to work with a wide range of elastomer and polyurethane materials, such as EPDM, polyurethane, natural and synthetic rubbers (NR, BR, SBR), nitrile (NBR, XNBR, HNBR), polychloroprene (CR), Hypalon (CSM), Viton (FKM), butyl (IIR), and processed silicones. BORFLEX® has strong, recognized expertise in polyurethane formulation and processing, backed by modern production facilities and dedicated technologies such as Ribbon-Flow technology for cylinder lining, centrifuges for plate manufacturing, and low-pressure casting machines for complex shapes: all processes that enable the production of high-performance polyurethane solutions adapted to demanding industrial requirements. Mixable polyurethane (PU), known for its exceptional flexibility and abrasion resistance, is an ideal choice for a wide variety of applications such as coatings, moldings, and coatings. Thanks to their technical expertise and rigorous quality standards, the BORFLEX® teams develop customized mixable PU blends designed to precisely meet specific customer needs while ensuring maximum durability and reliability even in the most demanding environments.
